Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Returns
Due to the nature of personal care and skincare products, we currently do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
We request customers to carefully review product details before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement or suitable resolution where applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only in cases where:
- The order is not delivered due to our error
- A prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch
- A product is confirmed as damaged or defective after review
Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items purchased during promotional offers or special sales
